  • 8:30am-10:30am | True West Coffee serving free coffee, tea & lattes (outside)

  • 9:00am | Fresh donuts from Kelly’s Bakery & GF bagels by Sourdough & Sons (kitchen)

  • 10:30-11:55am | Normal Sunday gathering! (Come early for coffee!)

  • 12:00pm | Activities (prayer wall, mural, bingo activity card, arts gallery, photobooths, etc.)

  • 12:00pm | Pizza is served!

  • 12:00-2:00pm | Ice cream truck (outside)

  • 12:15-12:45pm | Face painting (outside)

  • 12:50pm | Group photo (outside)

  • 1:00pm | Bengals game on the blow-up big screen (outside)

FAQ’s

  • What time should I plan to arrive? If you don’t need to arrive early to serve, we suggest you arrive 9:45-10am if you are planning to grab a latte/coffee/tea from the True West Coffee Truck (the truck leaves at 10:30am!)

  • Where should I park? The street will be blocked off so parking may feel limited.. however we have a parking lot behind our building if the spots out front fill up!

  • Will there be any allergy friendly options? Yes, we will have some GF bagels and GF pizza crust!

  • Do we have to pay for anything; coffee or ice cream? Nope! This is a gift from us to you.

  • What is there to do for kids? There will be coloring pages on tables, bubbles, chalk, pickleball, cornhole, 4 square, board games, etc for kids to enjoy! And of course, pizza and ice cream :)

  • But the Bengals are playing that day… We got you! We’ll have the 1pm game on a blow up screen outside!

  • Is there a prize for submitting a bingo activity card? We’re so glad you asked, the first 10 people who submit their completed bingo card will receive a $10 gift card to Luke’s Cakes (the perfect spot for an afternoon treat).

  • Any cool photo ops? OF course! We have 2 opportunities for photos, one behind the connect desk and another outside on 2nd street. There will be a phone tripod for you to set a timer and pose! Plus, a group photo set for 12:50!

  • Exactly how many ice cream cones can I eat from the truck? As many as you’d like ;)
