It Is Finished!
(John 19:28-42)

Main Idea:

Believing that it is finished frees us to find our true identity in Him.

  1. The Proclamation: It is Finished.

  2. The Authentication: He is the Guy.

  3. The Identification: I am with Him.

  1. Have you ever lost the big idea of Jesus and his mission, by focusing on the wrong things? What does that look like for you?

  2. What assurance does Christ’s mindfulness of all things give you that he is aware of you, and has indeed rescued you to life, by his death?

  3. If Jesus cared for others when at his worst, what does that mean about his care for us now? …about the way we get to care for others?
