Support Gosel Ministry in Ukraine

As the world watches, many of us in the church are wondering what we can do to aid those affected by the Ukrainian crisis. Thankfully, we have ties to on-the-ground efforts in and around Ukraine through Acts 29 and personal connections with Cru. If you’re looking for some way to contribute, we invite you to prayerfully consider the following opportunities.

Acts 29 Europe | Crisis Relief

Thank you for your interest in supporting the work of Acts 29 in Europe in the midst of this crisis. We are a church-planting network that exists so people meet Jesus all over our continent. Your generous contribution to Acts 29 Europe will be used to help our churches respond to the current crisis and will be managed by our leadership team.

We anticipate that there will be an ongoing need for help at least for the next 6 months. We will keep our partners informed regularly of the needs we are meeting and the needs still to be met. If, by God’s grace, your generosity exceeds the needs, the monies will be used to help other Acts 29 Europe churches for future crises, or for the mission of church-planting in Europe.

Cru | L’viv, Ukraine

The current Cru team in L’viv is helping people flee war torn areas, trying to get them farther west in Ukraine or across the border into Poland.

This is from Martha Rybak, a person on the ground in L’viv:

Our church is helping internally displaced people and refugees - there is a lot of work to be done. I am emotionally exhausted, and somehow I need to make time for emotional rest. But I am able to interpret for journalists for tv, and I am very blessed with that since I do love it. I do not plan to leave Ukraine before our victory - It will sure come. It is my land, and I want to defend it if needed.”

Cru | Poland

This is part of what we’ve received from the Poland team:

“The war has very much united our two nations (Poland and Ukraine) because prior to this we were very divided. So we are already seeing God’s blessings. We Polish people have received so much from God over the past years, so it is super that we can share it with others. We have a special CRU account for the financial support of meeting the food, water, and shelter needs of the Ukrainian refugees.”
