All-Church Video Call Details | 8:15pm Tonight!

Hey church!

As promised, here are the details for tonight's all-church video call:

  • Topic: Gathered Face-to-Face | All-Church Call

  • Time: Mar 23, 2020 08:15 PM Eastern Time (US and Canada)

  • Linkhttps://zoom.us/j/951811568

  • Meeting ID (if you need it!): 951 811 568

To join us on Zoom, all you need to do is click the link above around 8:15pm tonight. If you DON'T have the Zoom app / extension on your device, clicking on the link should take you to where you can get it. (You might want to click on it a few minutes early, if that's the case!) It's free and relatively painless to use!

Etiquette

Here's some etiquette that I'll also go over at the beginning of tonight's call:

  • Mics: All mics will be automatically muted as you enter in order to cut down on background noise, but they can be muted / unmuted as needed throughout the night.

  • Headphones: If you're the only one joining the call on your device, we recommend putting on some headphones with a built-in mic (if you've got them). It'll help you hear all of us, and it'll help all of us hear you!

  • Questions / Chat: We want to field questions and such this evening (whatever you all have on your hearts and minds!), and this easiest way for you to let us know you have them is by using the Chat feature. We'll have a dedicated time to answer them at the end of the call, but we'll try to address them as we go if they're relevant to the topic at hand!

Why a call?

What's tonight's call for? Familiar faces, pastoral presence, corporate prayer, and informal interaction.  While Sunday mornings will be less interactive and personal just by the very nature of video, we want to be able to see faces, hear voices, talk in real-time, offer encouragement, and simply "be together" as best we can right now.

Here's a broad outline for this evening's call:

  1. Welcome (Scott)

  2. Prayer (Angie)

  3. Comfort & Care (Elders)

  4. What to Expect (Elders)

  5. Q&R (All)

We hope you can make it tonight!
