'Living Grace Group' for Mental Health Support

A message from Grace Carr:

Hey all!

Awhile back, there was a focus at The Village around supporting our members who struggle with mental health issues, whether that's situational anxiety or depression or a clinically diagnosed mental health condition.

The Grace Alliance is a faith-based organization that trains churches and individuals to facilitate "Living Grace" groups for mental health support based in our relationship with God. Scott and I have been discussing the possibility of starting a Living Grace group at The Village, so I wanted to gauge interest... if we decide to start it and picked a day and time that works for the majority, it will be a 16-week group. I thought I could attach a copy of the flyer but can't figure it out, so if you'd like to see that to get a little more info about Grace Alliance, let me know and I can send you the flyer. You can reach out to us at info@myvillagechurch.com.

If you would be interested in participating or even co-facilitating (The Grace Alliance has training videos, a Facebook group for leaders and regular events, there is so much training and support if you're interested), please reach of to me or Scott and let us know. Depending on if enough people are interested, we'll go from there!

Hope you all have a great weekend, and see you Sunday morning!
