Jesus, the Eternal Prize
(John 21:20-25)

Main Idea:
Belief in Jesus is the key to initial faith, daily struggle, and forever joy.

  1. Resist distraction. (v.20-21)

  2. Answer the call to believe. (v.22-24)

  3. There’s so much more… to life in Jesus. (v.25)

 
 

Reflect | Repent | Respond

  1. What are the situations, circumstances, or triggers that lead you into distraction?

  2. How does this manifest in you? Comparison / Jealousy? Fear? Self-righteousness? Speculation? Neglect for God’s call to follow?

  3. What has God called you to, that you’ve minimized or ignored, as distraction has crept in?

  4. What are you failing to believe to be true? Where are you missing Christ’s beauty?
