Annual Summer Picnic - this Sunday!

The Annual Village Summer Picnic is this Sunday, July 9th!

Instead of our normal Sunday gathering, we will gather outside (a few blocks away) at Symmes Park! There’s a playground, a basketball court and plenty of shade for a Village Picnic. Food will be provided by Sweets and Meats BBQ Food Truck - the menu includes pulled pork sliders, pulled chicken sliders, mac and cheese, cornbread and coleslaw. We will also provide bottled water, popsicles, AND a water balloon activity!

WHEN: Sunday, July 9th at 10:30am-1pm. Lunch will be available after 11am!

WHERE: Symmes Park - 401 South Third Street in downtown Hamilton. If you’re able bodied, please park where we normally park for a Sunday gathering and walk over to the park! It’s a quick 5 minute walk. However, there are some parking spots available on Third Street.

WHY? To hang out and enjoy a meal together!

WHAT to bring: a blanket, chairs, extra (or different) food if you have any dietary restrictions. Any type of outdoor game you’d like to play - there’s a basketball court! Maybe a swimsuit or clothes prepared to get wet? - we will have a water balloon activity ;)
