Reflection Questions
There’s a lot going on in ch. 15 – what’s your gut reaction to it all?
>> It’s good to be aware of what’s happening inside of us as we sit under the word, or have tendency to put the word under our own thoughts?
What has your relationship with “obeying God” been like?
>> Is obeying God something you value? Why or why not?
>> Would you describe obedience as something that you strive for naturally, or something that is perpetually difficult, even when you try?
We know that everyone (minus Jesus) sins against God; how do you respond when accused of sin / you’re made aware of your sin?
>> Is repentance part of your life with Christ? Is it genuine? Do you make excuses, blame, or demand not to receive consequences of your sin?
What could separate you from God’s love for you in Christ?
