Who Are You? | Update Contact Information on Realm
Anonymity is no friend of the church, and we want to know who you are... or at least how to contact you and where you live! Given the current situation, it may be important for us to send snail mail. Don't worry, we won't sell your info or bombard you! If you’re a member or regular attended of The Village, we just want to be able to contact you.
Beyond the facts of address and contact info, it might be a good time for you to poke around Realm. Adjust your notification settings, catch up on posts you may have missed, update online giving info, and simply make sure you're engaging in a helpful way!
Directory: The entire Village family in one place!
A few folks have mentioned the notion of a "church directory." The obvious upside to something like that is that we have folks in front of us! The downside is that the older style printed booklets are usually outdated before they are printed.
Realm helps with this. It actually has a directory! On the browser version, there’s a Directory tab on the left. On the app, you can either search for the name of the person you’re looking for, or click on Groups, then The Village Church, then Participants. It's a great tool to help pray for the folks of the Village or to even reach out with a word of encouragement!
But none of that serves The Village at large if your contact info isn't up to date!
Be sure you are logged into Realm, and have the Realm Connect app if you have a smart phone.
Update your CONTACT INFORMATION that you feel comfortable sharing. You can even share it with "admin only" if you don't want it public. > name / address / phone / email
