Village Gate Class | Membership & More (5/1)

Hi all!

If you've been wanting to learn more about The Village OR if you're curious about membership, then we'd encourage you to attend the next Village Gate gathering on Sunday, May 1st, from 6:00-8:00pm.

The Village Gate is a two-hour time slot where the elders make themselves available specifically to answer questions, explain local church membership, and get to know the folks who attend! While attendance is necessary for those pursuing membership, you don’t have to be pursuing membership in order to participate. It’s open to everyone!

If you’d like to attend:

• Read or listen to The Village Gate content prior to attending! Instead of dumping a lot of information on you all at once during the class, we let you walk through the content at your own pace beforehand. Why? Because then we’re free to spend our time together interacting with your questions, thoughts, and experiences related to the material. The Village Gate content is available at myvillagechurch.com/villagegate. We also have a few hard copies available at the Connect Desk.

• RSVP using the interest form at myvillagechurch.com/villagegate by Wednesday, April 27th. This will help us know how best to prepare, especially as it relates to food. (We usually have some pizza and salad!)

• Show up to The 210 at 6:00pm on Sunday, April 1st. Be ready to share a bit about yourself, ask questions, and interact with others. It’s a pretty relaxed environment, and we always have a good time getting to know one another a bit better!
